This modern apartment was built in 2008 and is located within the block where there are 8 other apartments. It is a quiet and peaceful area, and yet all the shops and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is only a 5-minute walk from the local supermarket.

Bathroom with bath / shower more, toilet and sink.
Kitchen:
The kitchen includes an oven and hob, kettle, coffee machine and fridge freezer. Cutlery, glasses and plates pans.
Living room:
Living room house seating table 4 and very comfortable sofa. There is also an LCD TV, including satellite TV and a DVD player. Cleaning / towels / bed linen / maid service is all included.
The apartment will always be ready for you on arrival. Towels (except beach towels) and bed linen are also pillows and extra blankets

The apartment has air conditioning and central heating. The apartment and space are very suitable for children.

Accessibility

The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs and catches the sun all day.
The apartment also comes with a parking space located in the garage below the building.
