The villa (750m2) is surrounded by palm trees, delicate flowers, and Mediterranean plants in a beautiful garden of 650 m2, with a fountain, deck chairs, barbecue and a large table by the outdoor fireplace.
Quiet environment, pine forest and spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea together with a large terrace, make this villa a wonderful place to relax, and precisely because it is only 100 meters or a few minutes walk from the sea. Fish restaurant with Dalmatian specialties, meat restaurant, pizzeria, cocktail bar on the beach, large supermarket with fruits and vegetables and all necessary groceries are also 100 meters away from our villa.

The apartments are rated with four stars (****).
The villa has three separate apartments if you want privacy, and also one large living room with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, terrace that can be shared by all guests, in case you rent the whole villa.
The villa has apartments; suite de luxe (185 m2) for 7 adults or 6 adults and two children, because it has three bedrooms and a sofa in the living room 1.60 m, two luxury apartments each for 2 + 1 adults or 2 adults + 2 children m2), then has an indoor pool (28 m2), mini wellness / spa center complete with sauna, solarium, infrared relaxation cabin, massage table, sports; medical and relaxing massages, facial treatments; deep cleansing, facial care with caviar, algae spirulina, grape extract, body scrub with aromas of lavender, orange, lemon, rosemary, body mask with chocolate, and waxing with sugar.
We also offer a small gym with exercise equipment and a mini bar with expresso machine, fresh juices, shakes ... as well as a piano in the relaxation room.
There is air conditioning in every room, wireless internet, SA / TV and DVD player.
Balconies and terraces have direct sea views.
Each kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, water heater, stove, coffee maker ...
On the ground floor there is a room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ironing board.
Additional costs in winter: from 1.10 to 31.05., If you choose a heated pool, the cost is 100 euros per day, and for air conditioning / heating is 100 euros per day (for the whole villa), and 35 euros per day (for the apartment) .
