In a picturesque location overlooking Strimonikos Bay and Kerdillia Mountains, the family-run Villa Litsa Haus is known as an exclusive private and self-catering facility for those who want to stay in a refined atmosphere in nature, combining sea and mountain activities at the same time.

Our exclusive facility lies at a distance of 100 meters from the city center, sea, beach and recreational activities, ie restaurants, shops, tennis courts, cycling, mountain trails, historical monuments and other adventure destinations in the immediate vicinity by car.

We offer 15 uniquely designed, spacious and elegant rooms and suites located within the same house that reflects a harmonious blend of relaxation and privacy, tailored to meet the requirements of each guest. All rooms and apartments have fully equipped kitchens, sea and mountain views as well as private balconies and terraces with seating. A private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries is part of each accommodation unit.
