Ioannis Apartments is accommodation on the ground floor of the villa of the same name, in the most attractive part of Leptokarya, above the church, about 30 meters from the city center and about 450m from the beach.

We offer one four-bed and one five-bed apartment, both of 50m2.

The four-bed apartment has two connected single beds in the bedroom, or one double bed in the room with kitchen. It is possible to accommodate one extra bed here.

The five-bed apartment has two connected single beds in the bedroom, ie one double and one single bed in the room with kitchen.

The apartments have a kitchenette with basic utensils for the planned number of people, refrigerator and stove with two rings, bathroom with toilet, TV, air conditioning, free WiFi internet and a spacious terrace with seating.
