Sophia Elena Villa is located in Minia. In addition to private parking and a beautiful courtyard, it offers guests high quality studios for two and three people, as well as one luxury penthouse. The villa is in a great location, as it is located in the center.

The first thing that catches the eye of the guests is the perfectly landscaped yard, with trimmed grass, lots of flowers and greenery, dotted with trees and paths. With seating, the yard is suitable for socializing. In the back part of the yard, there is peace, and in the front part, the guest is in the center of events, since the main street passes in front, so you can choose where you will spend time in the breaks between baths.

Two double studios (18m2) have one double or two single beds, and three triple studios (20m2) have one double and one single bed.

The four-bed maisonette (38m2) has a sea view. On the upper floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with one double bed and a TV, a bathroom with a jacuzzi and a large terrace. On the lower floor is a bedroom with one double bed and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and a microwave, a bathroom and a large terrace.

Accommodation units have air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace, and a cot is available upon request. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
