If you are looking for a vacation by the sea in Zakynthos Island, in a big estate (Biskinis estate since 1888) with 260 meters front to the sea and a "private" - secluded beach, then "Kavos Psarou" is the right place for you! It is built with respect for the local architecture, resembling old Zakynthian mansions. The Kavos Psarou complex offers 8 studios and 2 apartments, all with nice sea views, only 40 meters from the sea and the beach. As it is built in a tranquil, refreshing, green, Mediterranean environment, you will enjoy true relaxation and the authentic Greek hospitality of Biskinis family. The growth of our land provides convenience and calmness making "Kavos Psarou" also ideal for families. We provide with towels and bed linens, there is cleaning of the rooms every 3 days. There is reception and snack bar building in the complex. Studio rooms are spacious (32 square meters) fully equipped rooms, with a large furnished balcony offering nice garden and sea views. Apartments are very spacious (45 square meters) comfortable and fully equipped rooms. Prices are varying from 26 euros per studio per day and from 42 euros per apartment per day.

Yiannis and Christina... The proprietor Yianni has designed and built these apartment houses in the traditional architecture of Zakynthos. His love of traditional stone buildings made him to collect materials of old houses, with whom he built up his holiday houses. Christiane, born in Germany; continues to create a truly warm and Greek atmosphere by her choice of decor, and her love of details. Every house is equipped to very high standard and has its own color scheme. In every holiday house you are finding Greek hand crafts and wooden built furniture and all those little things to make your stay ,as enjoyable as possible. "Kavos Psarou Villas" offers to you tranquility, privacy, excellent sea view in a very nice natural environment, just next to the sea. You will be charmed by the unspoiled views of the azzure clear waters, of the clear blue skies and of the neighbouring island of Kefallonia. Our Villas are located at Psarou beach at the east coast of Zakynthos island, next to the Blue Flag awarded Psarou beach at Meso Gerakari village. They are three individual buildings overlooking the azure blue waters of Ionian sea. "Kavos Psarou Villas" are located in "Biskinis" estate, which has 25.000m2 of private grounds, offering you the necessary calmness and privacy. Villas are just next to an olive grove. The owner's cottage is very close to the villa's comlplex and the owners (Biskinis family) are always willing to help you, to give you information and to offer their hospitality. The surrounding area is scenic, green and lush with olive groves, orchards and typical Mediterranean vegetation, there are nice to trails to walk with hills towards the inland and plenty of beautiful mostly sandy beaches with the crystal clear water of the Ionian sea in the nearby area. Just next to the villas there is a nice fishermen's port where you can anchor your boat for a small fee. Built in three separate buildings, the complex consists of six villas: Maistros, Levantes, Aggeliki, Tzogia, Dario, Pigi, all with splendid sea view. All of our Villas have direct sea views not only from their balconies but also from the inside of the Villa. Villas are built in traditional way totally made from local stone and wood. They are big enough (120m) each. They are made by stones, they are traditional and luxury. They are fool equipped with traditional furniture and embroidery which creates a village atmosphere . . It is very near the sea, (150-200m) from the three different beaches, (Sent Nikolas beach, Plaka beach, Banana beach). The beaches are fool of sand ,there are water sports beach bars and restaurants on the beach!! The house is located in the famous marine park where caretta-caretta turtles lay their eggs. You can visit the park end see the turtles and the nests!! It is ideal for families ! Villa Crystal it’s traditionally designed Zakynthian stone house with 3 bedrooms and private swimming pool with hydro massage spot and direct access to the sea and spectacular "Priest's Cave”. On the ground floor there are one double bedroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds and bunk bed, both with en-suite bathrooms, sitting/dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Fiore Sea View consists of nine studios and one apartment spread across the ground floor and the first floor. The studios can accommodate 1-3 people and have a double bed or a double bedand a single bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 4-5 people. Fiore Studios - Yellow Building - Porto Kaminia Beach ZanteInterconnecting doors conveniently combine two double rooms into a spacious family room, one with a double and one with two single beds. An extra bed can be added to both studios and apartment upon request. All accommodation is equipped with a fridge, air conditioning on request and a furnished balcony with panoramic views of the clear blue Ionian Sea and the surrounding olive tree clad mountains. On each floor, there is a communal fully equipped, full sized kitchen that guests are free to use to prepare any meals they like. Fiore Sea View also offers a parking area protected from the sun and is located next to a super market and the 'Windmill' taverna, a family-run business serving traditional Greek food.
Our rooms are equipped with kitchen with all facilities needed. There is also a large balcony with view to the beach and the rest of our village. Our rooms are about 80m from the beach and you can also find super markets, restaurants, bakery and bar.
