They consist of a double room, a single room with convertible bunk beds, a sitting room with kitchen (all necessities for cooking), W.C. and shower, balconies. Included in prices are: water, air conditioning, TV, safe, washing machine, hairdryer. Extra costs are: electricity, gas, linen and final cleaning of €.50,00. On arrival of client €.400,00 is requested and kept only in case of damage to apartment: is is returned to client upon departure. An account of 50% is requested upon reservation and the remainder upon arrival and receiving key of apartment. Entry in apartment is on a Saturday around 17:00 and leaving on a Saturday before 09:00. The Bed and Breakfast “ Genneruxi ”, is located in an elegant building within one of the nicest residential quarters of Cagliari, walking few steps you arrive to the centre and from the most beautiful and characteristic places of the town. The B&B can accommodate six guests, who have complete autonomy with full freedom of schedules. It offers three comfortable bedrooms: one double and one single room with shared bathrooms and a double room with ensuite bathroom. Each rooms has air conditioned with individual control and high speed Internet Wi-Fi free. Less than 50 meters from the B&B there are also a bus stop and a lightmetro stop directly connected in few minutes with the best place of the Cagliari city.
