I am renting an apartment for a day in one of the best buildings in the city in an ideal location in the center, and a quieter area. The apartment is located just 100 meters from the sea, a short walk to the city promenade and marina. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, banks, supermarkets and all other facilities.
The apartment has 53m2, one and a half rooms with quality parquet and Spanish ceramics, built-in American closet, has inverter air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, dishwasher and washing machine, shower, cable TV with all domestic channels, wi-fi wireless internet, ironing board and iron, electric kettle, stove, refrigerator + freezer. The apartment has a terrace of 10m2 which is glazed with sliding windows.
The price of the day of stay depends on the number of guests, the length of stay and part of the season and starts from 40 € per day.
