The apartments are part of a renovated stone house in the center of Risan just above the main town square. The two-storey house is located in the 300-year-old Gabela Street. The apartments are suitable for 4 people and have 30m2. Both apartments have separate bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In the room of the first apartment there are two single beds, and in the room of the second one there is a double bed. Within both living rooms there are sofas that fold out into a double bed. The apartments have a large shared terrace with barbecue. The house is located a minute to all the beaches of Risan, as well as local shops, cafes and restaurants. The town of Perast is a 5-minute drive away, and the town of Kotor is a 20-minute drive away.
