Our description Vicky Guest House is located in a very quiet location in the wider center of Stavros. It has four spacious and renovated (2018) apartments for 4-5 people. In the landscaped and fenced yard, ideal for children's play, you can enjoy a barbecue, and parking is provided. Pets are also welcome. Accommodation is located about 400m from the beach and the center, and the nearest market (Discount), bakery and restaurant are at a distance of 200-400m. A dirt road leads to the house, after you turn off the main road. The apartments are arranged (two each) on the ground floor and first floor. The apartments on the first floor are duplex. The four-bed apartments on the ground floor (four steps above the courtyard level) have a view of the hill. Apartments (50-52m2) are air conditioned, have a kitchen with stove and oven, large refrigerator with freezer and dining table with chairs, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a spacious corner terrace. In the bedroom there is one double and one single bed, and in the living room there is a sofa for one person. The first apartment in the bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain, and the second shower with a curtain. The four-bed duplex apartment upstairs has one double or two single beds in two bedrooms and a small bathroom with shower without curtains. 4 + 1 duplex apartment has one double bed in each of the two bedrooms, one sofa bed in the living room with kitchen and a large bathroom with tub. The apartments are air conditioned, have a kitchen with stove and oven, large refrigerator with freezer and dining table with chairs, internet, TV, mosquito nets and a spacious corner terrace. Apartments are cleaned and towels are changed every three days, while bed linen is changed every six days. If someone needs a laundry service, they can contact the owners. The service is charged. Tourist facilities are only a few steps away, and the nearest market and bakery are only 20m away. At the entrance to the apartment is a separate bathroom with tub and equipped kitchen with a spacious dining room, large refrigerator and stove. One sofa bed is located in the hallway from where you enter two separate bedrooms with one double bed narrower than the standard and two single beds, or one double and two single beds.
