Our description
Anastasia House 1 is located near the center of Stavros. It is a separate and nicely equipped apartment, with a fenced yard, barbecue and parking space in front of the building, great for a quiet, family vacation.
The beach is 350m away, while the center is at a distance of 300m. The nearest market and bakery are 200m away.
The apartment (60m2) is located in the basement (6-7 steps below the level of the yard) and has a pleasant veranda, where guests can enjoy the peace and shade. The living room is spacious and has a seating area, a TV and one bed with a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped (large refrigerator and stove), and between it and the living room there is a large dining table with chairs. There is one double bed in the separate bedroom, while the bathroom is modernly decorated and has a hydromassage cabin. The apartment has a built-in electric floor cooling system; has internet access and mosquito nets.
Guests clean and maintain their own hygiene in their accommodation units. If someone needs towels, they can contact the owners. Bed linen is changed in the middle of the stay (if the stay is 10 nights).
