The owners made an effort to beautify the atmosphere in the rooms with colors, so each room has bedspreads, curtains and some other small details that are the same color. The double studio is in blue. There are 2 connected single beds in the studio. The apartment is in orange. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a kitchen, a single bed and one sofa bed. There are two bathrooms, one is entered from the bedroom and the other from the living room. One maisonette is in pink and has four beds (one French and 2 single beds), and the other maisonette is orange-green and can accommodate 5 people because there are a double bed and 3 single beds. The accommodation has a very good location and the accommodation is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. The windows have mosquito nets. Our description Papaoikonomou Villa is located on the beach in the heart of Potos, in one of the best possible locations away from traffic and crowds. Coming from the direction of Limenaria, immediately after the Alexandra Beach Hotel, turn left and drive about 100 meters. You will recognize the villa by the large pink building next to the road and the clothing store on the ground floor. Next to the pink building is a path through the yard that leads to the villa and the beach. The villa is absolutely sheltered from noise, and yet less than a minute walk from the promenade, shops, bakeries and supermarkets. It has a fantastic yard full of greenery and shade, swings, comfortable seating and kiosks, and there is also a barbecue with tables for socializing and dining. The yard opens onto a small beach that is sandy on the shore, and the first few meters in the water are rocks. Accommodation consists of three buildings, two of which are on the beach, and the third is in the same yard, but about 50 meters from the beach. The third building is a very nice house on two levels (maisonette), suitable for a family of four. The house has one double bed on the ground floor, bathroom and kitchen, and upstairs another room with two single beds. In front of the house is a very spacious veranda with furniture for sitting, relaxing and enjoying, and next to the house is a parking space. If you want a more intimate variant of accommodation near the beach, there may be no better choice than this house in Potos. The other two buildings are located next to the beach. All apartments are renovated and very nicely decorated, and all have sea views. The sea from some terraces is partially sheltered by trees in the yard, but the view is certainly beautiful and the greenery and the sea, and the smell of conifers and the sea is invaluable. The apartments are very well lit, the furniture is in light tones, so with a view of the sea, staying in them is really pleasant. They are intended for families with two or three children. They have spacious terraces, an equipped kitchen, a TV, a double bed, a pull-out bed the size of a double bed and air conditioning. The bedroom is separated by a door from the living room where there is a kitchen with dining area. As part of the accommodation there is also a double room without kitchen (there is only a refrigerator) and a triple studio (with kitchen). Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. It consists of two bedrooms and a living room with kitchen. The living room is not large and there, in addition to the kitchen, there is one single bed. The first bedroom has a French bed and the second has two single beds. In addition to the large terrace which leads to the living room, in front of the entrance to the apartment there is also a seating area with table and chairs. Triple studio (23m2) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and a sofa bed. It is ideal for two adults and one child. In front of the studio there is a space with seating. The triple bungalow (25m2) is the last in a series of buildings in the Jordanis Houses complex. It is a small house located behind the main building, and from the terrace you can see the sea. It has one double bed and a folding armchair. In front of the entrance there is a space with seating. All accommodation units have a kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets and free internet access. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is done every five days. The yard is nicely decorated, with sea views, spacious terraces and barbecue available to guests. There is also a private parking lot within the yard. It is about 5 km away from Potos. It takes about five minutes to drive to the center where there are shops, restaurants, souvenir shops and a promenade full of tourists. For smaller purchases you can go to the market which is only 50m away, right next to the Batis restaurant, while the first larger market is about 800m away in Astris.
