Owner's description Hotel Philoxenia is located in the heart of Skala Prinosa, on green Thassos. Its position, only 150m from the sea, is central but at the same time gives calm and tranquility to the accommodation. A buffet breakfast with fresh vegetables, homemade jams and a variety of local products and specialties is served daily in the dining room. Our description Oasis Villa enjoys a good location in Limenaria and is close to the beach and promenade. We offer beautifully decorated studios and apartments, some of which have spacious terraces overlooking the sea. Unlike many other accommodations in the center, the villa also has private parking. Accommodation is located in the center of Limenaria. The nearest supermarket is across from the villa, and the beach is at a distance of 150m. It consists of one five-bed apartment and two four-bed apartments, one three-bed and two two-bed studios. On the first floor there is one four-bed apartment and one two-bed studio. They both face the street and the houses across the street. They are equipped with single beds. On the second floor there is one triple and one double studio. They have the same view as the studios on the first floor and are also equipped. On the third floor there is a second four-bed apartment and a five-bed apartment in which the rooms are separated by an accordion door. Both accommodation units have sea views and are equipped with single beds. Four-bed apartments have normal doors. Each accommodation unit has its own bathroom, with a fenced shower, as well as a kitchen. It has a small refrigerator and a stove. All units also have wireless internet, air conditioning, TV and hairdryer. Bed linen is cleaned and changed every three days. If necessary, it can be done more often. The villa has its own private parking behind the house. Coming from the direction of Prinos, when you enter Limenaria, right after the crossroads at Hotel Agali, after a few meters, there is a villa on the left. Later, the building was abandoned, and the latest renovation was completed with beautiful aesthetic details. Limenaria experienced great tourist development in the '80s and' 90s. The large 1/4 apartment is on the ground floor of a large stone house built in 1902. which is under the protection of UNESCO. A stone courtyard with a traditional table surrounded by a flowered arla. Two separate bedrooms with a complete kitchen, hallway and storage room. Bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is permanently connected to the VI FAJ system, which is not charged. The use of air conditioning is €2 per day. The parking lot is across the street from the apartment and costs €6 per day. Our description Dimitraki Apartments and Maisonettes is a very nice accommodation in Skala Rachoni, just a five minute walk from the sandy beach. The furniture is new and high quality, and the maisonettes / apartments are very comfortable. The accommodation is located in a very quiet place, surrounded mainly by olive groves. Accommodation is only 500m away from one of the largest supermarkets on Thassos, and 3km from Skala Prinos. The beach is 230 meters from the accommodation. These are two buildings in the same yard, in one building there are apartments, and in the other penthouses on two levels. All penthouses are very spacious, have two bedrooms upstairs and a large living room on the ground floor. There is one double bed in each bedroom, and on the ground floor there is one folding armchair and a sofa for two people or three single beds and one extra bed. So, penthouses can accommodate up to eight people, or two families with children. Each maisonette has two bathrooms (one on the first floor and one on the ground floor), three air conditioners and three terraces, so some of them are always in the shade. All three rooms have access to the terrace, and the TV is located in the living room. The kitchens are large and well equipped, with a standard stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and large fridge. The maisonettes also have mosquito nets, a safe and wireless internet, and a cot can be obtained upon prior request. The apartment (33m2) can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is well equipped, has a small oven, small refrigerator, all necessary utensils and coffee makers. Cleaning is done for five days, and on that occasion, towels and bed linen are changed. I am renting rooms and apartments in Herceg-Novi on Topla 1. Each room has its own bathroom.
