Studio A1 (45 m2, including the terrace) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and one single bed in the same room. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a bathtub, while the kitchen is partially spatially separated, because it is located right at the entrance. Studio B1 (45 m2, including terrace) is located on the first floor. In one room there is a kitchen and a couch that folds out into an extended single bed, and in the other room (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a single bed, as well as an exit to the terrace.
