It offers nine double studios (some with a capacity of 2 + 1) and four duplex apartments with a capacity of up to five people. Its biggest advantages are a good location, as it is located in the center, only 120m from the beach, as well as private parking. The nearest market Arista and bakery are at a distance of about 20m.
