Our description Theramvos villa is located in the center of Pefkohori, less than 100m from the beach. The villa has a total of 2 studios and 3 apartments available for internet reservations. They are decently and simply equipped, with well-preserved furniture, since the building is not up to date. The studios have 4 single beds and a kitchen in the same room. They are very comfortable. The terrace is long and medium wide. There are two apartments in the building, consisting of one bedroom with two single beds and a separate living room with a kitchen door with a sofa, under which there is a drawer bed (with almost standard mattress) In the villa there is a duplex apartment with two, completely separate bedrooms and a kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The area of four-bed studios is about 30 square meters, and apartments about 40. All accommodation units have equipped kitchens with utensils and dishes for preparing meals (they also have mini ovens), TV and air conditioning, hair dryer, bathrooms and terraces. The safe exists within the office owned by the owner and locked. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days (by arrangement with the owner on site), and guests maintain their own hygiene during their stay. Internet signal is also available in the rooms, and parking spaces are limited to 4-5 places in 8 rooms in total. Our description Littore Maris is a new facility (2016) in Paralia Vrasna, only 150m from the sandy beach. It has 15 units, suitable for 3-5 people. The facilities offered by the accommodation are private parking for all guests, a beautifully landscaped yard with barbecue and summer houses, which makes it ideal for socializing and relaxing, and guests have at their disposal several bicycles. The center of Nea Vrasna is about 500m away, while the center of Paralia Vrasna is about 1km. The nearest market and restaurant are at a distance of 400m. Accommodation has 14 studios and one apartment, arranged in two buildings. The studios have a capacity for 3-4 people, while the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. In the first building (on the right) there are four studios and one apartment. The units are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. Four studios (23m2) have slightly larger bathrooms than the others. All units are air conditioned, have internet signal, TV, terrace / veranda with tumble dryer. Mosquito nets exist only in the upstairs studios in the first building. If someone needs a hair dryer, they can contact the reception, which is on duty 24 hours a day. Each unit has one double bed. Our description Villa Diogenis is located right on the beach, a 5-minute walk from the town center. It has 10 accommodation units, of which only one does not have a sea view. On the ground floor there is one four-bed apartment and one four-bed semi-apartment (three steps above the ground floor). The apartment has one standard double bed and another double bed slightly narrower than the standard. From the entrance hall you enter the equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven). The bathroom does not have a fenced shower, but tiles. The semi-apartment has one double bed and a bunk bed, and the rooms in it are not separated by a door. Both apartments have spacious verandas. On the first floor there is a large four-bed duplex apartment with two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds and a TV. The kitchen is separate and is located in the third room, which also has a balcony door, through which you can go directly outside. The bathroom does not have a fenced shower, but tiles. On the first floor there is another studio intended for a family with two smaller children.
