Our description Littore Maris is a new facility (2016) in Paralia Vrasna, only 150m from the sandy beach. It has 15 units, suitable for 3-5 people. The facilities offered by the accommodation are private parking for all guests, a beautifully landscaped yard with barbecue and summer houses, which makes it ideal for socializing and relaxing, and guests have at their disposal several bicycles. The center of Nea Vrasna is about 500m away, while the center of Paralia Vrasna is about 1km. The nearest market and restaurant are at a distance of 400m. Accommodation has 14 studios and one apartment, arranged in two buildings. The studios have a capacity for 3-4 people, while the apartment can accommodate 4-5 people. In the first building (on the right) there are four studios and one apartment. The units are arranged on the first floor and on the ground floor. Upstairs there are three studios (21m2), storage capacity for three adults and one child (3 + 1). They have a double bed and a sofa bed. On the ground floor there is one apartment (40m2, has three single beds in the room with kitchen, double bed in the bedroom; the bathroom has a bathtub with curtains, while the kitchen is equipped with a stove, small refrigerator with freezer and necessary utensils) and one studio -apartment (26m2, in the room with kitchenette there is a bunk bed, while in the other room there is a double bed; the rooms are not physically separated by a door; in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain). In the second building (on the left) there are 10 studios, overlooking the sea and arranged on the first and second floor. Studios (20m2) can have a double bed and a bunk bed (these units are located only on the first floor) or a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Four studios (23m2) have slightly larger bathrooms than the others. All units are air conditioned, have internet signal, TV, terrace / veranda with tumble dryer. Mosquito nets exist only in the upstairs studios in the first building. If someone needs a hair dryer, they can contact the reception, which is on duty 24 hours a day. Each unit has one double bed. The studios have kitchenettes and a shower with a curtain in the bathroom (except for the apartment, which has a kitchen and a bathtub with a curtain in the bathroom). All units, which are upstairs, have an entrance from the back, and on their terraces from the front an umbrella. Daily cleaning is charged (3 euros per day), and guests can take care of hygiene themselves. Bed linen and towels are changed by arrangement. There is a shower and a fountain in the yard. Our description Villa Diogenis is located right on the beach, a 5-minute walk from the town center. It has 10 accommodation units, of which only one does not have a sea view. On the ground floor there is one four-bed apartment and one four-bed semi-apartment (three steps above the ground floor). The apartment has one standard double bed and another double bed slightly narrower than the standard. From the entrance hall you enter the equipped kitchen (fridge, stove with oven). The bathroom does not have a fenced shower, but tiles. The semi-apartment has one double bed and a bunk bed, and the rooms in it are not separated by a door. Both apartments have spacious verandas. On the first floor there is a large four-bed duplex apartment with two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two single beds and a TV. The kitchen is separate and is located in the third room, which also has a balcony door, through which you can go directly outside. The bathroom does not have a fenced shower, but tiles.
