It consists of 3 buildings and has a total of 47 accommodation units (double and triple studios and four-bed apartments), eight of which have sea views. Double studios have an area of about 20m2. Inside they can have a double or twin beds. They also have a kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, refrigerator, stove and small oven. Triple studios are slightly larger, they have about 24m2. The studio has one double and one single bed. Four-bed apartments occupy an area of about 34m2.
