Our description Villa Mirtia Studios is located in Minies, near Svoronata and near the airport. It is about 300m away from the beach. It offers guests studios for two or three people and apartments for four people, as well as private parking, a beautifully landscaped yard and free Wi-Fi. We offer 10 studios for three, with one double and one single bed, as well as one double and one extra bed. Two apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen. In both rooms there is air conditioning and TV, and the kitchen has a large refrigerator, washing machine and oven. We also offer one duplex apartment with one double bed in the first bedroom and two singles in the second, and with a bathroom in each room. All accommodation units are characterized by a high level of cleanliness, and have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace or porch with its own seating area, overlooking the sea. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done every day. The building, 6 km from Argostoli, was built on a family farm of 2.5 hectares, dotted with olive trees, palm trees, vines and other trees.
