Our house is quietly located in an olive orchard and is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing stay at the sea. It's only 500 m to the beach and 4 km to the next village. The adorably furnished heatable studios consist of one room with fully equipped kitchenette, shower/wc, balcony with view to the sea and Mt. Ahtos. There is also a complete apartment (65 sqm) consisting of a living room with TV and piano, 2 beds, separate bedroom with big bed, kitchen, shower/wc, veranda to the garden. During the off season period a perfect place to write a book, compose music, paint, meditate, hike and relax. There is no direct neighbourhood. Tavernas and shops are found in the surrounding villages. To Thessaloniki it's a 100 km ride. It's advisable to have a car, as public transportation is scarce. We have also organized several seminars and workshops, yoga, painting, self-awareness, african drums, etc. - we are open for many ideas. Our description Accommodation is located in the best location in Potos - on the beach, in a place protected from noise and traffic. When you reach the central crossroads in Potos from the direction of Limenaria, continue straight for another 20 meters and turn right into the first alley. At the end of that alley you will see the gate which is the entrance to the Lysistrata Bungalows car park. These bungalows are definitely unique in their location. They are located in the city center and on the beach. They are protected from noise, they are ideal for families with small children, but also for all those who want to have accommodation right next to the beach. The beach is sandy both in the water and on the shore, with gradual depth. Accommodation consists of 12 bungalows with 12 studios in them - seven four-bed and five three-bed. Quadruple studios have one double and two single beds, and triple studios have one double and a single bed. The studios are air conditioned and have a kitchen, satellite TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, as well as tables with chairs in front. Areas are between 20 and 25m2. Cleaning is done daily, and towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days. The property also has a private car park and a beach bar with sun loungers and parasols (which you can use with a drink or coffee). WiFi is available in the courtyard and bar. Guests can also use two mobile grills. A 50% deposit is sent at the time of booking, which is fully refundable if canceled up to 25 days before the start of the package. Children are protected in the yard because there are no busy streets nearby.
