Archaia is an old family house, dating from the end of the 17th century.
It is located in Lipci, 200 m from the sea, near the prehistoric cave drawings in Lipci.
The house is two-storey with an internal wooden staircase.
On the first floor there is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a living room with a television and a mini-library, and a bathroom with a washing machine.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. The rooms offer a magical view of the Bay of Kotor, Perast and the islands in front of Perast.
The house has a large terrace with a built-in barbecue. This terrace is ideal for meals.
There is also an old threshing floor in the yard, which is intended for sunbathing and enjoying the view.
In addition to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, private parking is provided.
It is 700 m away from the nearest store and post office. The nearest beach bar is 400 m away.
Considering the location, it is 23 km from Kotor and Herceg Novi, 4 km from Rins, 4 km from the ferry.

Accommodation Dionysus is a newer facility, in a quiet location near Jerisos, whose units exude cleanliness and comfort. It has eight three-bed studios (24m2), one four-bed studio (28m2), two four-bed (4 + 1) apartments (38m2) and two duplex (4 + 2) apartments (47m2). The accommodation has a large and beautiful yard, full of shade, greenery, paths, outdoor furniture and toys for children, so it is a perfect choice for families. One of the benefits that this accommodation offers to its guests is a guaranteed parking space, as well as a reception, which is available 24 hours a day. Pets are also welcome.
The center of Jerisos is about 3.5 km away, while the nearest market and restaurant are 4 km away (the first bakery is located in the center).
The nearest beach (unarranged, sandy), which can be reached by climbing and descending, is about 400m away. The first beach is about 4 km.
The studios were built in 2009, and the apartments in 2010.
The units are located on the ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there are apartments and a four-bed studio (the entrance to these units is from the front), while on the first floor there are three-bed studios (two parts on the back have a common fence, which can be locked).
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and feature a TV, hairdryer and tumble dryer. If someone needs a laundry service, they can contact the owner (free of charge). Mosquito nets exist on both the windows and doors in the upstairs units, while the ground floor units only have them on the windows.
In all studios and apartments it is possible to add an extra bed (free of charge), except in two triple studios, which are like half-apartments - the bathroom in the middle "shares" the part with a double bed from the kitchen. The insertion of an extra bed can also mean a reduction in comfort (if guests do not mind, the owner is willing to do so).
The duplex apartment is ideal for families with small children. In one bedroom there is a double bed (with baby cot, if needed), while in the other bedroom there is a bunk bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is big enough to sleep three smaller children. In the dining room there is a dining table with a chair for feeding the baby.
Upstairs studios may have partial sea views and garden views from the spacious terraces, while ground floor units have garden views and exits, and their verandas are fenced off only from the side.
When it comes to the kitchen, the studios upstairs have a stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The apartments and the four-bed studio on the ground floor have a slightly larger and better equipped kitchen (large stove, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave).
All bathrooms have a shower, and the four-bed studio and apartments (4 + 1) have a bathtub with a cabin.
The units on the ground floor have less daylight, so you can feel the freshness throughout your stay.
Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days, while the unit is cleaned daily.
In the spacious yard you can enjoy the shade of several summer houses and a barbecue (brick). There is also a shower on the side of the building.
The accommodation is located below the highway, but it is perfectly tucked away in greenery and nature.

Apartments Dionysus are located in an idyllic setting surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and pine forests, just 300m from the renowned Karkudia beach. From the large and beautiful yard there is a view of the sea, mountains and forests. In the yard there are plenty of places to sit, relax and dine in the shade, or sunbathe on the grass. The barbecue area is surrounded by various herbs, and there is also a playground for children. The accommodation was built to high standards in 2009, of stone and wood, and fits into the coastal ambience. They are run by a family that will take care of your pleasant stay.
Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen for independent living, hydro-massage shower, air conditioning, LCD TV, radio and internet access. The apartments are cleaned to perfection for three days. They are located 150m from cafes, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and supermarkets. Apartments Dionysus are 2km from the center of Jerisos, 8km from Ouranopolis, 12km from Stratonia and 300m from the beach.

The studio consists of a double bed, TV, two bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, bar stool, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs, kitchen, air conditioning, separate bathroom, two terraces with furniture for sitting. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage, hair dryer, sink, toilet and sockets. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, stove, mixer for instant frappe and complete utensils - glasses, cups and plates. There is WAP internet available in all rooms.
The apartment (in addition to the studio) has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a living room with two sofa beds, a bookshelf and a desk. The kitchen has an oven and the bathroom has a bathtub. It is located on the ground floor and has a porch with seating.
The duplex apartment (in addition to the studio) has a separate bedroom with a double bed, TV and luggage space. In the living room there is a table with a mirror. The second bedroom has bunk beds, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a make-up table. The kitchen has an oven. It is located on the ground floor and has a porch with seating.
Upon arrival you will find:
A plate of dried fruit and a basket of biscuits and sweets.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water and straws in the kitchen to begin with.
Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, cosmetic wipes and ear sticks in the bathroom.
Towels and linen are provided and changed every three days, and guests maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves (the cleaner goes through the rooms every day and collects garbage).
