A big but cozy living room space that you can use to relax during the day. The other two rooms are connected to the big space but also separated, so you have enough privacy. The main bedroom is cozy and sweet with a breathtaking view, and the middle room can be used as an office and the second bedroom. Both rooms share a terrace with a great view, and the main living room also has a view of the mountain. The second large terrace is available for guests to use as they please, relax, and enjoy the constantly changing views. The parking area is in front of the house, and you can see your vehicle at a glance from the terrace. The property has a great location. To the Old Town of Kotor, you need only 6km, but also a 30-minute ride to the nearest Tivat airport. If you wish to get to the shoreline and enjoy a summer day at the beach, you will only need a 3-minute walk. To the famous old town of Perast, you need 15 minutes by car.
