For our guests we offer three luxuriously equipped apartments for a maximum of 6 (4 + 2) persons, categorization 4 stars. Accommodation is part of an urban villa that contains four apartments with separate entrances. The area of the apartment is 84 m2 and consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 (3) bathrooms, terrace and balcony. They are located on the Lapad peninsula in a quiet part of Dubrovnik with a lot of Mediterranean sub-tropical vegetation and have a partial view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Daksa. They are 4 km from the center of Dubrovnik, and 10 minutes walk (500m) from the nearest beach (Copacabana). Each apartment has satellite TV, wireless internet and a parking space at no extra charge. The villa was built in 2009 and is located near the car camp Solitudo at Vatroslava Lisinskog 43, near large green areas with beautiful walking paths. The post office and supermarket are nearby and the bus station is a short walk (100m). All other services are available within a few minutes walk (1 km away). The old town is a 10-minute drive away, but it is difficult to find parking in the city, especially in season, so a car is not necessary because there is an excellent bus connection. Tourist center Babin Kuk gives you the opportunity to enjoy various activities such as tennis, badminton, mini golf, cycling, diving, windsurfing, water skiing and others. In the area of the Lapad peninsula there are mostly family houses and hotels (Park, Kompas, Dubrovnik, Sumartin, Zagreb). A few hundred meters from the apartment is one of the most beautiful promenades in the city, the bay with beautiful pebble and sandy beaches, tennis courts, restaurants, hotels, shops, pharmacy, clinic, bank, post office and taxi and bus.

The house is located in a quiet part of Baska Voda. We have two new apartments. Each approx. 50m2. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, balcony approx. 10 m2 with sea view. They are equipped with air conditioning hour, parking in the yard.
