Our description There are two Sissy villas in Potos. One is in Potos itself, and the other, which we will present to you on this occasion, is located on the beach of San Antonio. Villa Sissy in San Antonio is one of the most sought after accommodation, because it is located on a great sandy beach, ideal for families with children, relocated from the city and sheltered from traffic and noise, and yet just a minute drive to the center or 10-15 minutes walk along the beach. You will reach it by taking the highway from the direction of Limenaria, driving through Potos and exiting Potos. After about one kilometer (counting from the central crossroads in Potos) you will see a turnoff for the Atrium Hotel, and after a hundred meters or a little more another turnoff towards San Antonio Beach. You can take any turn - both will take you to San Antonio Beach. Looking from Potos, Villa Sissy is located between the Atrium Hotel and the Kamari Hotel. The villa is on the beach. It has a total of 8 accommodation units, 4 apartments and 4 studios located on the ground floor and first floor. The villa has recently been completely renovated with beautiful furniture, has a large yard with a landscaped lawn and plenty of space for children to play. Each studio has a kitchen and one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. The area is 25m2. The apartments are family and consist of two rooms. Potos can be reached by an easy walk along the beach or by highway. San Antonio is a long sandy beach with fine sand, gradual depth and shallow - ideal for children. Sunbeds and umbrellas are charged or can be obtained free of charge with a drink, depending on who owns them. If you want you can put your umbrella and your towel on the beach. In the yard of the villa, next to the beach there is a shower. We recommend Villa Sissy to everyone who wants a peaceful holiday, away from noise and traffic. The yard is very large, full of greenery and olive trees, with a fenced parking lot, and immediately after leaving the yard you will step into the sand of San Antonio beach. It is also very practical that there is a shower in the yard next to the exit gate, so the shower can be done in the yard immediately after getting out of the water. There is a barbecue in the yard. There are several good restaurants and taverns on the beach. I am renting a house for independent living (guests would not come into contact with anyone), which consists of two separate apartments. (one or the other can be rented separately, or the whole house with both apartments). One includes the ground floor and the first floor (size 115m2). And the second apartment (size 35m2) is on the second floor of the house. The first apartment, which is larger than 115m2, has two air-conditioned bedrooms (in both double beds) bed (possibility to add another single bed) and bathroom. TV with total channels, free WI FI - internet. which provides peace, intimacy and of course freedom, garage and parking. The second apartment (smaller), on the second floor is also fully equipped for 4 guests and has its own terrace with sea view and entrance. Both apartments have a network for insects. The price of a smaller apartment is 30e in June, 40e per day in July and August. The beach is 300m away, shop 500m. The price of the lower (larger 115m2) apartment per day for 4 people (for more agreement) in June is 35e, in July and August 50e , in September 30. It is a very nice and modern accommodation consisting of two large duplex apartments (42m2) on the first floor, as well as six studios (24m2). The apartments can accommodate up to four adults, while the studios are suitable for families only. Two studios are on the ground floor and have a veranda with seating. The other three studios are on the high ground floor, while the sixth is on the first floor. They all have one double bed and a sofa bed for two children. In the same room are kitchen, TV and air conditioning. The apartments are very spacious and have two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. The apartments have a large balcony overlooking the sea. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace, which runs the entire length of the apartment and is quite wide. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have an equipped kitchen, bathroom, TV, safe, mosquito nets, hair dryer and wireless internet. Cleaning, as well as change of bed linen and towels is provided and is done for three days. The yard is narrow and nicely decorated, with only two parking spaces, but next to the villa, along the road that is not busy and on the extensions, there is enough parking space. When you enter Potos from the direction of Limenaria, take the highway to the central crossroads (near the amusement park) and turn left towards Teologos. After a hundred meters turn into the first street on the left, pass Villa Hermes and a hundred meters later you will see Villa Sissy on the left side of the road. Villa Sissy is a great choice if you want quality accommodation with new furniture just outside the city crowds and traffic, and yet in the wider city center.
