The apartment is divided into a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The living room has a balcony. In the living room there is a sofa where you can also sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped. Distance from the sea is 200 meters, and from the center of Vodice 1 km. The apartment has secured parking!

The facility is located in Bijela, within the municipality of Herceg Novi. The center of Herceg Novi is 8 km from the property. Tivat Airport and Marina Porto are 5 km away, Perast 18 km, the popular city of Kotor is 20 km away, which makes Bijelo an ideal location for exploring the Bay of Kotor and other cities on the coast of Montenegro. We have a bakery and a coffee bar in the building, and we have provided parking within the building. Nearby are the post office and bank as well as beach bars and restaurants. The beach is about 200m away. In all 3 apartments there is a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, cable TV and everything else you need for a comfortable stay.

Apartment 50m2 lux, located at a distance of 140m from the beach, has its own parking, near restaurants, cafes, post office, in a quiet location. All our apartments are non-smoking.

Perix House was built in 1986 and it was renovated in the year 2000. It’s rated a “two key” Family Hotel. The Hotel is built in three levels with a large lawn on two different levels. We have available twenty studios in three levels including nine two room(or Duplex) and nine single room studios suitable for couples and families with up to three children. Our duplex apartments can accommodate up to five people, two in main bedroom, one in the kitchen and 2 children in the raised platform bed (see pictures). We have green lawn in two different levels and a playground on each level for children to play all day safely inside a protected area. There are also 2 Built BBQ sets 1 on each level available for the tenants. The lower level lawn is at the back of the Hotel, and the upper level lawn is situated in the front of the Hotel. Plenty of parking is available. We are situated 400m from the sea, between Neos Marmaras and Porto Carras in Sithonia Chalkidiki.

Irini Pension is a renovated (2017) and nicely decorated accommodation with a reception and a summer house near Ouranopolis. It has 13 studios (28-30m2) for 2-4 people and one five-bed apartment. It is an excellent base for touring Athos and is open all year round. Irini Pension is located on a hill above the main road, 700m from the center. The nearest market, bakery, restaurant and undeveloped sandy beach with small pebbles that can be reached by stairs are 150m, and the nearest landscaped beach is about 1km away. Accommodation units are air conditioned and come with internet access, TV, hairdryer and safety deposit box. If someone needs a laundry service (charged), they can contact the owners. Cleaning is done daily, while linen and towels are changed every two days. The reception on the ground floor is on duty during the day. There is also a fountain in the small yard. Across from the guest house there is a fenced seating area, where guests can order breakfast (extra charge) and enjoy the beautiful view of Ouranopolis. There are three beaches in Dobri Vode: Veliki Pijesak, Trljila and Mali Pijesak. Of these three beaches, Veliki Pijesak is the largest and most visited beach. On the beach there are many restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, shops and many nightclubs. During the day, the beach is visited by tourist boats with which you can visit more distant beaches on the Montenegrin coast and see the beauty of the Montenegrin coast.

Prkacin house has two accommodation units 1 for 4 persons and the other for 2 persons. The car park is next to the Apartment. The bus station is 40 M away from the apartment, which enables quick connection with all parts of the city.
