Our description
Zefyros Pension is located on the island of Amulani, in the second row from the beach, only 15m from the nearest unfinished and 60m from the nearest beach. It has three studios, capacity 3-4 people and seven rooms for 2-3 people. Within the building there is a space with seating in the shade, ideal for socializing. There is also a reception available to guests, which is on duty until the evening.
The center and the nearest market are 150m away, the bakery is only 20m away, while the nearest restaurant is 40m away.
The beach is with small pebbles and a gradual entry into the water, and it is reached by stairs.
We offer one double, eight triple and one quadruple accommodation unit, ie two triple and one quadruple studio (about 28m2) and seven rooms for two or three people (20-24m2). Accommodation units are arranged on the high ground floor (12 steps above) and the first floor. The furniture is a bit better on the high ground floor.
Two triple rooms share a common kitchen (electric kettle and stove), while the studios have a kitchenette with a small refrigerator with hairdresser, stove and necessary utensils.
One double room on the first floor has a direct sea view, while one triple room has a corner terrace, and therefore a direct and side sea view. Other accommodation units have a side view of the sea, from afar.
Accommodation units are air conditioned, have TV, internet, mosquito nets, small fridge freezer and hairdryer on the terrace. All bathrooms have a fenced tub with a curtain. If someone needs a hair dryer, they can contact the owner. Hygiene is at a high level.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while cleaning is done every day.
A few steps below the beautifully decorated seating area in the small yard is a fountain.
Private parking is not provided, but guests can park nearby.
