Situated on the highest point of the Ring road around the village of Neos Marmaras,Egeon Rooms offers some of the most breathtaking Views available in all of Sithonia. Egeon Rooms has 12 rooms,of which 3 rooms are large 4 bed duplex family studios,while the remaining 9 studios are 2 or 3 bed rooms. All are fully furnished ,with kitchenette and also equiped with everything you need for a convinient, pleasant,refreshing and restful stay. All our rooms are meticulously cleaned and decorated, spacious and sunny, with private balcony with beautiful sea-view. We do offer private parking on site for 2 of our guests cars ,but there is always plenty of parking available on the roads surroung our rooms,plus the are 2 large parking areas 100 meters away Egeon Rooms is open from June till early October,in order to offer you it's warm hospitality and pleasant accommodation in the most cosmopolitan area of Sithonia!

The house is in a quiet part of town in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. The distance from the beach is about 500m (about 5-10 min walk). The house has 7 apartments which are classified according to size into Type A, B and C. The year of construction is 2008. Most of the apartments have a view of the sea.
