Beautiful, comfort apartments for rent! The villa is located in Montenegro, Boka Kotorska Bay, municipality of Tivat. Tivat airport and town of Tivat are just few kilometers away from Krasici, peaceful tourist village where this house is located. The villa has three floors. Ground level holds a comfortable apartment with two rooms, kitchen and a bathroom. The first floor holds two apartments, each with a separate balcony. All apartments are thoroughly renovated in 2013.

Apartment 1 is 50m2 in size and has 4 beds + (2 folding) Apartment 2 is 50m2 in size and has 4 beds + (1 folding) Apartment 3 size 25m2 and has 2 beds  All apartments are air conditioned, have a covered parking space, internet, satellite TV, water 24h… Guests have at their disposal a beach and a pier (pontoon). Briefly about the place you come to: Donji Stoliv is a small coastal town, located in the Bay of Kotor, with a great tourist tradition of air spa where a rose of mountain and sea winds is created, which is especially suitable for lung patients. Rich vegetation (548 plant species) and close proximity to the sea, makes this place an ideal holiday destination. Donji Stoliv is located about 8 km from Kotor (a city under UNESCO) and the same distance from Tivat (airport), and across from Perast (medieval city). The small fishing village, founded in the 14th century, has almost the same appearance and now after several centuries. Donji Stoliv is located on the coast, while Gornji Stoliv is reached by a stone path through the forest and olive groves as before - only on foot. From Gornji Stoliv you can see almost the whole Boka.

Apartments Marina are located in Bijela on the coast. We offer two apartments of 30m2 with sea view which include: kitchen with dining area, bathroom and bedroom with one double bed and a bunk bed making them suitable for 4 people. In addition to these two accommodation units, we offer a 60m2 apartment with a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, with the possibility of using a pull-out bed, which is why this accommodation unit has a capacity of 4-6 people. The fourth accommodation unit is a double apartment located on the first floor of the house and includes a double bed, mini kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea. All units have a TV, air conditioning, internet access and a separate terrace. We offer our guests free parking, free deck chairs and parasols.
