Owner's description Villa Oasis is a traditional complex located next to a pine forest and sandy beach, 5.5 km from Nea Potidea in Halkidiki. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. Accommodation units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra. Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and a car park. The complex is located 100m from the sea. The entrance to the villa is from the garden, and the living room (40m2) is entered directly. The living room has a fireplace, traditional furniture with 4 large sofas and small round tables. Dining room and kitchen (26m2) are in the extension of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining room has a table with eight chairs. From the kitchen a small hallway leads to a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom (16m2) with a double bed and one standard single bed. From the living room stairs lead to the upper floor where there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds.
