Our description Adriana Studios is located on the promenade, near the dock, just a few steps from the sandy beach. It was renovated in 2015 and is in excellent condition. It consists of two buildings - Adriana Studios and Adriana Boutique Apartments, which together have 22 accommodation units, 10 of which have sea views. Within Adriana Studios, guests have at their disposal triple and quadruple studios and junior suites, while within Adriana Apartments they have at their disposal boutique apartments. The apartments are modernly equipped, air conditioned and consist of a separate bedroom with one double and one single bed, while in the other room there are one or two single beds or a sofa bed. Triple studios are 30m2, while quadruple studios are 42m2. All are air conditioned and have a TV and hairdryer, as well as apartments. Only studios are equipped with mosquito nets. All accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator and a stove, and several accommodation units also have a stove with an oven. The bathrooms are mostly with a shower, except for some with a shower with a curtain. Cleaning, change of towels and bed linen is done every 2-3 days. Our description Dina's House is located in the center of Asprovalta, about 70 meters from the beach. The villa has a total of 11 accommodation units, was built in 1975, and last renovated in 2013. The four three-bed apartments in this villa consist of two rooms, a bedroom and a living room. In the bedroom there are one double and one single bed, and in the other room there is a large kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Both rooms open onto a large terrace. The villa also has two family four-bed apartments. They have a double bed in one room and one extra bed can be added, and in the other room there are two single beds for two children. The kitchen and dining room are in the third room. The duplex apartment has a total of 3 and all consist of three rooms. In the first room there is one single bed, and also a bar behind which is a kitchen with a refrigerator, hobs and a dining table. In the second room there is a double bed, and in the third two single beds and if necessary an extra bed can be added. Both bedrooms open onto terraces. The bathroom is outside the rooms, so the apartment is suitable for two couples or two families with small children (4 + 2). Dina's House also has 5 double rooms without kitchen. These rooms are new, spacious and nicely decorated, with new furniture and a refrigerator, and some have sea views. All accommodation units have air conditioning (duplex apartments have two), TV, terrace, wireless internet signal, hairdryer have only some rooms, and a baby cot is available on request. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every 5 days. If guests want to maintain hygiene during their stay, each accommodation unit is equipped with utensils and equipment for that purpose. Our description Bellos Apartments is located right on the waterfront, in the small fishing village of Nea Skioni. It consists of a total of 10 double suites, with two single beds connected into one French (twin). Eight apartments have a sea view, and the remaining two are economy types, because the sea view partially obscures the roof of the house in front. These two apartments also have a lower price.
