The apartments can be four-bed, five-bed and six-bed and the area is between 32-35m2. The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds (or two single beds, one of which can be pulled out as a drawer) in the living room with kitchen. The five-bed apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and bunk beds with a (third) drawer bed in the living room with kitchen. Six-bed apartment is located on the ground floor. It has one double bed in the bedroom and two more single beds with drawer beds (four in total) in the living room with kitchen. This apartment does not have a fenced terrace, but has a brick veranda with seating. The kitchens in all apartments also have an oven. * The drawer bed has a metal construction, standard dimensions and has a mattress of standard thickness and length, so that an adult can sleep in it. All terraces are spacious, separate for each studio and apartment and have seating. Towels and linen are changed every 5 days. The washing machine is available to guests for a fee of 7 euros. In the yard, guests have at their disposal a covered summer house with a barbecue, gas stove, sink and a large dining table. There is also a shower in the yard. The boss is in charge of parking and tries to find a place for each guest in the immediate vicinity. If you want, 50m from the accommodation is (provided) private parking for 5 euros per day. It is more recent (2008) and has eight accommodation units, five of which are available for online reservations. Two have sea views. The triple studio has an area of 24m2 and consists of one double and single bed, as well as a kitchen. One triple studio is located on the ground floor, while the other two are located upstairs. The four-bed apartment has an area of 25m2. It consists of a bedroom (which is separated by an accordion door) with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, one single bed and an equipped kitchen. All furniture is of metal construction, except the sofa. All studios and apartments are air conditioned and have a kitchen with a small fridge and mini-stove with oven, TV and hairdryer, and the bathroom has a shower without curtains. It is a really nice building in a great location with a fantastic sea view. It is a half-hour walk or a 4-5 minute easy drive from the capital Limenas. It is close to one of the most famous beaches on the island - Pahis. It consists of twenty double rooms that can accommodate an extra bed and 4 suites. The villa has been recently renovated, the furniture is modern and high quality. Suite suites have two rooms that are not separated by a door, two connected single beds and one or two sofas as standard beds for one or two children. All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, safe, wireless internet, spacious terrace overlooking the sea, small refrigerator (mini-bar), hair dryer, cot that can be booked on request, telephone and mosquito nets.
