Our description Balias Studios are located right on the beach, next to the promenade in Nea Peramos. The villa has a total of nine studios, 4 of which have fantastic, direct sea views. On the first floor there are two double studios with double beds and sea view, then one triple with double and single bed and sea view, and one four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. This studio has a large terrace, but also opens onto a large veranda on the roof of the house with fantastic sea views and deck chairs. The kitchen in this studio has a stove with oven and a large fridge with freezer. On the ground floor of the villa there is one double studio with a rather small bathroom and two connected single beds, and one four-bed studio. Unlike the studios on the ground floor which have slightly older furniture, the studios on the first and second floor have new and quality furniture and are excellently decorated. All accommodation units in the villa have air conditioning and TV, kitchen, wireless internet signal, mosquito nets, and a baby cot is available upon prior request. A hair dryer is available for use. Clean, change of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days. The villa does not have private parking, but there are free parking spaces nearby. The villa is located in the very center of the city.
