They are about 9 (nine) kilometers away from Argostoli, the capital of the island. At a walking distance of about 200m there is a beautiful beach with gray sand, Ai Helis. It is organized and has deck chairs, parasols, a canteen, crystal clear water and a beach volleyball court. It is ideal for families with small children. Another beautiful and clean beach is a short walk from the house. It is Ammes beach with golden sand. The beautiful Avithos Beach is just a short drive away. Other beaches in the immediate vicinity are Makris and Platis Gialos in the Lassi area. Just 20 meters from the complex there is a family restaurant with traditional Kefalonian cuisine, and 40 meters away there is a mini market, a coffee bar, a tavern and a car rental agency. Villa Pipini is located in the wider center of Limenas, in Dimitriadou Street, after the Hotel Conti i Lina, Fotini. The villa is about a kilometer away from the strictest center of the town, and about a kilometer and a half from the city beach. The nearest beach is Vournelis (some 400 meters). Tarsanas beach is about 800m from the villa, in extension of Vournelis beach. When you get off the ferry, follow the direction to the right and drive along the sea along the main road (about 300 meters), then reach the part where the narrow road leads straight to the Vournelis Hotel and the beach of the same name, and you follow the main road and turn left. to the first big crossroads (with Dimitriadou Street) and turn left, and then after 200 meters you reach Villa Pipini, which is on the left side of the street. It is a very beautiful, new villa, with a swimming pool in the yard, with deck chairs and umbrellas next to it, with a beautifully landscaped and tucked away yard. In the largest building there is a large duplex apartment for five people (120m2), as well as two studios (36m2). The apartment has a double bed in one bedroom, while the other has two single beds. It is possible to add an extra bed, so this apartment can accommodate five people. The apartment is completely renovated, has two bedrooms and a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom with a washing machine. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is separate and well equipped. The apartment is located on the second floor. The apartments have two rooms, a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen, and are suitable for families with two children. The beds are mostly single, but for children there can also be a sofa bed. The three-bed apartment in the bedroom has two connected single beds, cannabis for one child in the living room, and the possibility of inserting an extra bed in the bedroom.
