Owner's description On the south coast of Kefalonia, in the beautiful area of Kato Livathos, just a few kilometers from Argostoli, we have created a place that will offer you the most beautiful vacation. Surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, our newly built house consists of six comfortable, elegantly decorated apartments to make you feel at home. Near the accommodation there is a unique beach Klimatsia which can be reached quickly and easily. You can also enjoy delicious, traditional dishes in local taverns or drink cocktails in a hospitable atmosphere that only we, Kefalonians, know how to create. All apartments have free internet access and two separate rooms (bedroom and kitchen with dining area), bathroom and balcony with beautiful views of the Ionian Sea and the island of Zakynthos. All rooms are air conditioned, with TVs and fully equipped. Spartia Beach is 500m away, ie. only 1 minute by car and the port of Pesada, from where you can use the ferry to Zakynthos, is 5 minutes away.

Spitakia Bungalows are a great choice for families who want a little more privacy. They are located next to the beach (about 20 meters) in Skala Potamia. The beach in front of the building is rocky, but about 100m is a sandy part. There are two houses and both are about 40 square meters. They have a bedroom and a living room with a kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, and a sofa bed and an extra bed can be added if needed. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Both houses have a veranda and a parking space. Private parking is located 50m from the house. They have air conditioning in the living room, wireless internet signal and TV. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly. The first market is about 50m where you can buy bread, and the bakery is about 300m. If you want nice accommodation on the beach, close to all amenities in the place (shops, promenades, taverns), Spitakia Bungalows can be a great choice.

I am renting accommodation just 100 meters from the main beach Veliki Pijesak, Dobre Vode, 7 km from Bar. The building is divided into four studios and one apartment. Each unit has a separate kitchen, bathroom, hot water 24 hours, cable TV, WiFi Internet, air conditioning, spacious terrace of 15 m2. The main beach Veliki Pijesak is only 100 meters away, and there are two other small beaches nearby - Mali Pijesak and Trljila. Anna Apartments and Studios is a newly built accommodation (2011) located about a hundred meters from the beach. It is a one-storey villa consisting of two apartments and four studios. Apartments (30m2) have two rooms that are not separated by a door. The bedroom has a double bed, and the other room has a sofa bed for two children and a kitchen. They are spacious, equipped with new and modern furniture, with large verandas, TV, bathroom and air conditioning in the bedroom. The studios (28m2) are also beautiful and have one double or two single beds and a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen, a bathroom, a veranda, a TV and air conditioning. The yard is nicely decorated, with a barbecue, and next to the house is a private parking lot for guests. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels is done every three days. The nearest supermarket is located 20m. If you want new accommodation with decent prices, close to the center and very close to the sandy beach, Anna Apartments and Studios can be a good choice.

Arion Houses consists of five autonomous buildings of about 40m2 (one is slightly smaller), with a separate entrance and parking space. Each cottage has a capacity of up to five people, and consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with one single bed and a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom and living room are separated by sliding accordion doors. The living room also has a very well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, including a coffee machine and a shaker. Villa Zeus Apartments is located at the entrance to Skala Potamia, somewhere in the middle of the bay (1km from the center of Skala Potamia), about 150-200m from the beach, near the hotel Kladis Club Holidays, Villa Angelo and Giota Apartments. This is a completely new and very nicely decorated accommodation. There are four apartments and six studios. Studios (25-30m2) can be double or triple, located on the first floor, and have one double bed and a drawer bed (pull-out). The apartments (40m2) are four-bed, located on the second floor, and have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the living room. Studios and apartments have an equipped kitchen (two-burner stove, refrigerator, electric kettle), terrace, bathroom, wireless internet and hairdryer. If you want quality and new accommodation in a quiet location with private parking, very close to the sandy beach ideal for children, Zeus Apartments can be a great choice.

Golden Sun Studios is a new accommodation in Skala Potamia, with a heavenly courtyard, about 350m from the sea. It is located on the main road, as soon as you pass the hotel Korina. The villa is new, equipped with modern and quality furniture. It consists of a total of six studies that can be double, triple, quadruple and five-bed. The double studio has a double bed, the triple has one double and one single bed, and the four-bed studio has a double bed with bunk beds for children. The large four-bed studio in the attic is the largest, and it has one double and two single beds, and can accommodate a cot. Also, this studio can accommodate up to five people because there is a drawer bed. The attic studio has a very large veranda, while the other terraces are smaller and each includes a dryer.
