Our description Patriko Apartments is a new accommodation (built in 2015), located not far from the center of Jerisos. It has four modernly equipped units on the ground floor, suitable for two adults and three children or four adults. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue with wooden furniture, in a fenced and covered area in front, so the accommodation is therefore safe for the youngest and great for socializing. The facility is open all year round. The center of Jerisos with restaurants and taverns is 50-100m away, the nearest market and bakery are about 150m away, and the sandy beach is at a distance of about 400m. Apartments Dimitra (27m2), Katerina (30m2) and Elena (30m2) have similar structures. They have a bedroom with one king size double bed, a kitchen with one pull-out sofa (dimensions of a double bed) and a bathroom with a shower. Studio Maria (27m2) has one king-size bed, two bunk beds, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped in each unit, has a mini-stove with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle and toaster. All units are air conditioned and feature a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer and a tumble dryer. They do not have a fenced veranda in front of each apartment, but a fenced common area (the gate is locked), which makes this facility very safe for children. In front of all accommodation units there is a table with chairs. Guests have at their disposal a reception that is on duty for several hours a day. Guests take care of their own hygiene during their stay, and towels and bed linen are changed every four days. Private parking is not provided, so guests park nearby. Four exclusive apartments for rent in Villa "Mariandjela" in Igalo. Each apartment has the following rooms: a small hallway, a large living room with a large terrace in front and an apartment kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. All terraces have sea views.
