Owner's description The villa is located in a quiet environment and greenery, 5 minutes away from the busy center of the village with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The longest sandy beach with a shallow water entrance suitable for children is a 7-minute walk away. Sun loungers on the beach are free. The villa has a swimming pool with jacuzzi and wooden deck chairs around the pool, and has a large yard and barbecue that guests can use whenever they want. WiFi internet is available in public areas, and in front of the villa, on a public road, there is free parking. The villa has: -4 studios for 3 people (2 single beds + sofa) - 2 studios have a pool view; -4 studios for 2 adults + 2 children (2 single beds + bunk beds) with a view of the yard; bunk beds are standard sizes so they can accommodate 3 adults + 1 child; -2 apartments with 1 bedroom (separated by a door, has 2 single beds); the living room has a sofa and bunk beds; capacity is 3 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 1 child. All studios and apartments have a bathroom with shower and cosmetics for personal hygiene (shampoo, etc.), equipped kitchen with 2 hobs, refrigerator, plates, cutlery, dishes, kettle and detergent.
