Owner's description The villa is located in a quiet environment and greenery, 5 minutes away from the busy center of the village with restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The longest sandy beach with a shallow water entrance suitable for children is a 7-minute walk away. Sun loungers on the beach are free. The villa has a swimming pool with jacuzzi and wooden deck chairs around the pool, and has a large yard and barbecue that guests can use whenever they want. WiFi internet is available in public areas, and in front of the villa, on a public road, there is free parking. The villa has: -4 studios for 3 people (2 single beds + sofa) - 2 studios have a pool view; -4 studios for 2 adults + 2 children (2 single beds + bunk beds) with a view of the yard; bunk beds are standard sizes so they can accommodate 3 adults + 1 child; -2 apartments with 1 bedroom (separated by a door, has 2 single beds); the living room has a sofa and bunk beds; capacity is 3 adults + 2 children or 4 adults + 1 child. All studios and apartments have a bathroom with shower and cosmetics for personal hygiene (shampoo, etc.), equipped kitchen with 2 hobs, refrigerator, plates, cutlery, dishes, kettle and detergent. All studios have a TV, air conditioning, terrace with dining area and furniture. The apartments have 2 TVs, 2 air conditioners (one in each room), a large terrace with dining area and furniture, and views of the pool, mountain and yard. Rooms are cleaned every 2 days.

Our description If you are coming by the main road from the direction of Hanioti, approximately 200m from the famous bakery Lemoni (you will see a sign with the marked direction) turn right and after 30m you will arrive in Philoxenia Village. Accommodation has 24 air-conditioned studios of 18-20m2. All studios are of the same structure and consist of two double beds, with the possibility of inserting a baby cot. They have a TV, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils for preparing meals, a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have spacious terraces, while the ground floor has brick verandas, without a classic fence. Cleaning of studios, change of towels and bed linen is for five days. In front of the building there is a swimming pool with a separate section for children and a shower. They have private parking with a limited number of parking spaces. However, since the accommodation is not located in the busy part of Pefkohori, it is not difficult to find a free parking space nearby. Villa SAN MARCO *** is located in Becici, above the hotel "The Queen of Montenegro", 10 minutes walk from the sea, about 400m from the beach. It is located in a quiet part of this beautiful coastal town and is ideal for holidays of all generations. The villa consists of 36 studios, double and twin with extra bed. The villa has its own free parking. The villa does not have an elevator. Studio 1/2 has a double bed, studio 1/2 + 1 with a double and one extra bed (armchair that opens), bathroom, kitchen and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils.
