Our rooms consist of a private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and a fridge. There is a community kitchen on the ground floor for our guests to use freely at any time they please. We offer plenty of parking space and also a large yard with a playground for our young friends!

Our description One of the most popular accommodations in this destination Liotrivi Studios is an accommodation in Ouranopolis, in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery. It offers a total of eight well-maintained and clean units for 2-7 people, and some of them also have sea views. Guests have at their disposal a private parking lot with enough space for everyone, and just below the accommodation there is a small beach. The town center is about 300m away, the nearest shop and bakery at 200m, and the nearest restaurant at 100m. The beach below the accommodation is 50m away and can be reached downhill. It is untidy, gravelly-sandy, with stones in the water. The nearest beach is about 100m away. Accommodation consists of two buildings. We offer one double room, four studios for 2-3 people and three apartments for 2-7 people. On the ground floor there are three units, one room, one studio and one apartment. The room does not have a kitchen. It has two single beds. The studio is also double, with two single beds. The apartment can accommodate four people. It has two single beds in the kitchen and two single beds in the bedroom. Only it has wooden beds, while other units have beds with iron construction. All units on the ground floor have their own separate entrance via verandas, and in their bathrooms, unlike the units on the first floor, there is a built-in shower without curtains. They are suitable for people with special needs. Upstairs there are four units, three studios and one apartment. Two studios have two single beds and there is a possibility of adding a third bed, and one studio has one French and one single bed. The apartment has a capacity of up to five people. It has two single beds in the bedroom and three single beds in the kitchen. The kitchens of all units in the first building have a stove with two hobs and a small refrigerator with a frieze. In the second building, which is behind the first, there is only one apartment, 90m2, for 5-7 people. It has three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds, and the third one single bed, and a kitchen with a sofa bed for two people. The kitchen has a stove with oven, as well as a large refrigerator with freezer. The owners rent a room with one single bed as a separate unit (single room). All units are air conditioned, have internet, TV and hairdryer, and a quilt can be obtained on request when booking. The units are cleaned daily, and towels and linen are changed every three days. Laundry service is also available to guests, free of charge. The yard is fenced, with little grass. To get to the accommodation, turn left from the tower in the center and go straight, and when you reach the unpaved part, just continue uphill, to the end of the street. We are located about 150m from the Tower of Ouranopolis and the port, as well as three minutes from the city center. These are four double rooms, two of which can have a capacity of 2 +1, and one four-bed duplex apartment.
