Alkyonis Apartments is a new accommodation not far from the sandy beach and the center of Amuljania. We offer clean, comfortable and modern studios with beautiful sea views, for 4-6 people, which exude the hospitality of friendly owners. Just 1.5 km from the property is one of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes, so this is an additional reason why this accommodation is popular. Small pets are also welcome. The center is about five minutes walk, while all the necessary facilities are located at 100-150m, sandy beach, market and restaurant are at 100m, and bakery at 150m. We offer five studios (30m2), one of which is on the ground floor, while the others are upstairs. The studio on the ground floor has one double bed and two sofa beds, so it is suitable for six people. This studio has a fenced veranda and small steps on the inside. The upstairs studios have one double bed and a sofa bed, so they are suitable for four adults (there is a possibility of a fifth person for an extra charge). The kitchens are fully equipped, have a stove, large refrigerator, microwave and electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower. The studios are air conditioned, have internet access, TV, mosquito nets, safe, hairdryer and terrace. Tendu has only a studio on the ground floor. Use of the washing machine is possible at an additional cost. Umbrellas and deck chairs are available from the owner upon request. Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while cleaning is done daily. The building has a small fenced yard, in which, in addition to barbecue, there are several children's toys and a fountain with a hose. Private parking is not available, so guests park nearby. Villa Dimitris is located just 150m from the sea, in Paralia Panteleimonas, at the southernmost tip of Pieria. Nestled below the Castle of Platamonas and in the shadow of Mount Olympus — the mountain of the gods. Villa Dimitris is a complex of apartments and studios consisting of two buildings, offering a total of 20 apartments and studios that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Each apartment and studio includes a double and a single bed, and in some units, there is also a sofa bed or an extra bed.
