Plaza Kamenovo is a few minutes walk from the building, Becicka beach is nearby, markets are also close. The facility has double and triple studio apartments. Almost all apartments have their own kitchen, and all have a bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge. The house is in a quiet part of town in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. The distance from the beach is about 500m (about 5-10 min walk). The house has 7 apartments which are classified according to size into Type A, B and C. The year of construction is 2008. Most of the apartments have a view of the sea.
