The house is in a quiet part of town in a cul-de-sac with little traffic. The distance from the beach is about 500m (about 5-10 min walk). The house has 7 apartments which are classified according to size into Type A, B and C. The year of construction is 2008. Most of the apartments have a view of the sea. We are located in Bar, Dobra voda, Veliki pijesak. We are located on the coast to the beach. In addition to the overnight service (within the price of the night) we provide breakfast service, guests can also book a half-board service. Parking space is provided for all hotel guests. In the restaurant every night there is a live concert for a complete atmosphere of vacation at sea. The apartments are located 5 meters from the sandy beach with deck chairs and umbrellas. Each accommodation unit is air conditioned and includes TV, cable, internet, balconies with sea view, its own beach, parking, barbecue .... Nearby there is a restaurant, shop and open sled. The apartments are located in Hladna uvala - a quiet suburb between Bar and Ulcinj. Our environment is great for a quiet, family vacation, because it is away from major roads, peaceful and quiet. Large green fenced area, close to the sea, 5-7 minutes from the sea. Nearby are two restaurants with local Mediterranean cuisine. One shop is located by the sea in 10 minutes walk, and another supermarket on the road in the direction of Ulcinj is also a 10 minute walk. To Bar about 15 km to Ulcinj about 10 km. A few kilometers away is the famous town museum Strai Bar. The bus stop is 20m away from the apartment, and the train station 14km. Apartments Nikezic have a large private yard that is fenced and perfect for safe play of children who can find some scooters, balls or other toys.
