The apartments are modernly equipped, air conditioned and consist of a separate bedroom with one double and one single bed, while in the other room there are one or two single beds or a sofa bed. Triple studios are 30m2, while quadruple studios are 42m2. All are air conditioned and have a TV and hairdryer, as well as apartments. Only studios are equipped with mosquito nets. Our description Balias Studios are located right on the beach, next to the promenade in Nea Peramos. The villa has a total of nine studios, 4 of which have fantastic, direct sea views. On the first floor there are two double studios with double beds and sea view, then one triple with double and single bed and sea view, and one four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. All have showers, kitchens with two hobs and refrigerators. On the same floor there is a three-bed apartment without a terrace (apartment number 5), ie it opens onto a common veranda. On the second floor there is a four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. This studio has a large terrace, but also opens onto a large veranda on the roof of the house with fantastic sea views and deck chairs.
