Owner's description Villa Oasis is a traditional complex located next to a pine forest and sandy beach, 5.5 km from Nea Potidea in Halkidiki. The complex has one villa, four apartments and two studios. Accommodation units are air conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. All units have a beautiful view of the sea, the beach and the pine forests of northern Kassandra. Villa Oasis is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden with barbecue facilities, a children’s playground and a car park. The complex is located 100m from the sea. The long sandy beach is practically private, and the sea is crystal clear and shallow, ideal for children. Our description Balias Studios are located right on the beach, next to the promenade in Nea Peramos. The villa has a total of nine studios, 4 of which have fantastic, direct sea views. On the first floor there are two double studios with double beds and sea view, then one triple with double and single bed and sea view, and one four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. All have showers, kitchens with two hobs and refrigerators. On the same floor there is a three-bed apartment without a terrace (apartment number 5), ie it opens onto a common veranda. This apartment is slightly cheaper and consists of two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a kitchen with oven and another single bed. On the second floor there is a four-bed studio with one double and two single beds. This studio has a large terrace, but also opens onto a large veranda on the roof of the house with fantastic sea views and deck chairs. The kitchen in this studio has a stove with oven and a large fridge with freezer. On the ground floor of the villa there is one double studio with a rather small bathroom and two connected single beds, and one four-bed studio. It is more recent (built in 2007/2008) and has six studios and two duplex apartments. Three studios (no. 3,5,6) have accommodation capacity for two people, have two single beds, which can be connected, while three (no. 1,2,4) accommodation capacity for two adults and two children, has a double bed and a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped, has a stove and refrigerator. If necessary, a stove with an oven can be requested from the owner. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The studios have an area of 20-35m2. All studios are located on the ground floor, 70cm below ground level; they don't have a terrace, but there is a space where they can dry things. Our description Porto Thassos is located in Skala Potamia, just 80m from the beach. You can reach the villa by turning left from the main road, from Skala Panagia, at the central crossroads in Skala Potamia, towards the sea, and then turn into the first street on the left, a street that is parallel to the coast. The two buildings in which the apartments are located are newly built and 50m away from the existing building (where the studios are located). In each building there are 4 duplex apartments, of which two apartments are on the high ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments are 55m2 and consist of three rooms - two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms, two balconies, three air conditioners, while the living room has a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs and a large sofa. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. The facility is cleaned daily while bed linen and towels are changed every 2-3 days. There are about 10 bicycles for adults and children, which can be used free of charge for riding or shopping. Since Skala Potamia and Golden Beach are connected in the plain, bicycles are an excellent means of transportation and can be used for fine family outings. If you want very decent accommodation in the heart of Skala Potamia, very close to the beach, Porto Thassos is a great choice.
