Our description Accommodation Nick Rooms is located on the main road, 1.7 km from the center of Stavros. It has studios and rooms, with the possibility of connecting one studio and a room into an apartment. The study area is 20-22m2. They can have one French or one French and a single bed. The building has four large triple studios, as well as three smaller double accommodation units (have a double bed), two of which do not have a kitchen inside the room, but are separated by a door in the hallway of the building. One studio with kitchen and a triple room, between which there is a bathroom, can be turned into an apartment. The second apartment can be formed by merging one triple room and a double studio. The maximum number of people that can be accommodated in the apartment is five. All accommodation units are air conditioned and have a terrace and mosquito nets. The kitchens are equipped, have a small refrigerator and stove, and the bathrooms have a shower without curtains. Laundry service is free of charge. There is a gym and fitness studio on site, which is free for guests. Guests clean and maintain the hygiene of their accommodation units themselves, and if someone needs towels or a change of bed linen, they can contact the friendly owners (valid for stays longer than 10 days). The beach is about 1.5 km away, and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The facility was built in the period 1994-1995. and was last renovated in 2014. It looks modest and is ideal for guests who come by their own vehicle and want to be a little further from the center. Our description Rappos Studios is simply arranged, tidy and clean accommodation, not far from the center of Kallithea. It consists of a total of 10 comfortable studios, capacity for 2-4 people. It is located in a quiet location, but a short walk separates you from all the facilities of this charming resort. Accommodation is located about 200m from the beach, uphill and downhill. The nearest market and bakery are at a distance of about 100m. We offer five double, four triple and one quadruple studio. The foundation of the house is a few steps below ground level, so that part of the accommodation may be considered a basement. Four-bed studio (about 40m2) is located on the ground floor (basement); it has four single beds and a large kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, a refrigerator and a two-burner stove. Above the sink is a large window overlooking the concrete fence of the backyard. In front there is a brick porch without a fence, with seating. Double and triple studios (24-26m2) are located on the first and second floor. In the double studios there is either one double or two single beds, while in the triple one there is one double and one single bed. The kitchens in these units are also equipped with the necessary utensils, stove and refrigerator, and the triple studios have two terraces. All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet access and a TV, and a hairdryer is available at the reception from the landlady. A safety deposit box in each studio is located in the closet. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with curtains. Towels and linen are changed, as well as cleaning is done every three days. Private parking does not exist, so guests park along the sidewalk in front of the house. Three studios (double, triple and quadruple) are located on the ground floor of the accommodation, while the others are on the 1st and 2nd floor.
