Opremljen je sa : - franciskim lezajom - dodatnim lezajima - kupatilo - kuhinja - kablovsku tv - sopstveni parking (obezbedzen video nadzorom). Cena 5-10 eura po osobi u zavisnost koliko osoba, koliko dana i u koji period iznajmuju studio.
