The house is surrounded by pine trees, in a quiet and peaceful place, the right place to rest. The apartment (60 m2) pleasant, spacious, with a large natural terrace (25m2). We offer a fireplace, private parking, possible berth for a small boat. Come and enjoy!

Apartments BILI are located on the southwest side of the island of Brac, precisely in Osibova bay which is distanced 2 km from the town Milna. Our apartment house with garden occupies 400 m², and it is situated at a distance of approximately 25 m from the sea. The house consists of a ground floor, first floor, high attic and disposes with 6 apartments of which 5 apartments are for rent. Guests of the apartments can use grill and a big terrace with a sea view. Next to the house is a parking area. A swimming pool is on the eastern side of the house (23 m²). It is possible to use an outdoor shower. Right in front of the house is private 'stone' beach with steps. There is all necessary equipment for mooring boats and inflatables. Pebble beaches are situated inside the bay, approximately 5 and 10 minutes walking distance from the apartments.

Guests use the whole house in which they stay alone, which is built and categorized as a four-star studio apartment (****). The house is located in the bay Osibova, and is about 70m away from the sea. Access to the building is via an asphalt road from Milna (approximately 1500m long) 3-4 m wide with occasional extensions due to possible passing vehicles. The remaining part in the length of about 500m is a well-maintained macadam road that is partly concreted. The building was built at the end of a "dead end" street. Guests have at their disposal a large shaded terrace, overlooking the sea, on which is a large table and two deck chairs. A fireplace has been built next to the terrace where guests can prepare a barbecue or bake. The house has its own parking space for two cars and a garden of approximately 300m2. The relatively short distance from the center of Milna allows guests to attend various cultural and entertainment facilities in Milna, but also the possibility of a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by relaxing scents of the Mediterranean, in the shade of pine trees, sea sounds and crickets. In the near and far surroundings there are numerous paths through olive groves and pine forests suitable for walking or cycling. The nearest beach is about 100m away (rocks and concrete plateaus) and pebble beaches are about 250-500 m away. APARTMENT The apartment is categorized for two people but equipped for a comfortable stay for up to four people. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa for two people. The whole area is air conditioned and a ceiling fan is additionally installed in the bedroom. Our house is a beautiful holiday house built in 2013, located 200m above the beautiful bay Duboka near the picturesque, small coastal town of Milna on the island of Brac. The house was built with great attention to detail in the original Dalmatian style and is equipped with modern and functional furniture. The villa is spread over 600m2 of private land surrounded by stone walls. Inside the stone wall of the fenced yard are the main house and the side house: just a few meters away from each other, connected by a stone path, form a unique whole. In front of the house is dominated by a swimming pool filled with sea water with a large sunny terrace lined with other well-known BRAČ STONE, and modern furniture with sun loungers and outdoor shower. For our guests who like to spend an active holiday, there is also table tennis, badminton court, 4 free bikes to explore the beautiful relaxing surroundings or can take a small boat or kayak trip and discover the surrounding bays whose beauty is truly breathtaking and gives the eye the perfect scenery. . Behind the house is a barbecue where our dear guests will surely spend a lot of time enjoying Dalmatian specialties because within, covered with a canopy, there is a large wooden table and benches for about 10 people .. With us you can really relax completely, enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the Dalmatian islands, enjoy the sounds of birds and fresh air. Privacy is guaranteed, because from the sea to the Villa is a private road, and the house is surrounded by walls, olive trees, fruit trees, which further ensures your privacy.
