Apartments BILI are located on the southwest side of the island of Brac, precisely in Osibova bay which is distanced 2 km from the town Milna. Our apartment house with garden occupies 400 m², and it is situated at a distance of approximately 25 m from the sea. The house consists of a ground floor, first floor, high attic and disposes with 6 apartments of which 5 apartments are for rent. Guests of the apartments can use grill and a big terrace with a sea view. Next to the house is a parking area. A swimming pool is on the eastern side of the house (23 m²). It is possible to use an outdoor shower. Right in front of the house is private 'stone' beach with steps. There is all necessary equipment for mooring boats and inflatables. Pebble beaches are situated inside the bay, approximately 5 and 10 minutes walking distance from the apartments.

The apartments are located in the bay Osibova which is 2 kilometers away from the center of Milne. The house is at a distance of 30 m from the sea, access by car to the house with a large parking area and garage. The house consists of three floors, the status of the lease are 4 apartments situated on the second and third floor. Single apartments can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. In a very short distance from the house it is possible to swim at all sides of the bay, some of which are more appropriate for children. The nearest shop, restaurant, post office, bank about 2 km in Milna. Milna is situated 18 km from the ferry port in Supeta Do you want a relaxing holiday with family, or to enjoy with your partner, and also if you are interested in adventure holidays? I rent apartments by the sea with a large terrace. The building where the apartments are located is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1800 m. We provide guests with umbrellas, bicycles, grill, washing machine, organically grown fruits and vegetables from our garden.

Guests use the whole house in which they stay alone, which is built and categorized as a four-star studio apartment (****). The house is located in the bay Osibova, and is about 70m away from the sea. Access to the building is via an asphalt road from Milna (approximately 1500m long) 3-4 m wide with occasional extensions due to possible passing vehicles. The remaining part in the length of about 500m is a well-maintained macadam road that is partly concreted. The building was built at the end of a "dead end" street. Guests have at their disposal a large shaded terrace, overlooking the sea, on which is a large table and two deck chairs. A fireplace has been built next to the terrace where guests can prepare a barbecue or bake. The house has its own parking space for two cars and a garden of approximately 300m2. The relatively short distance from the center of Milna allows guests to attend various cultural and entertainment facilities in Milna, but also the possibility of a peaceful and relaxing holiday surrounded by relaxing scents of the Mediterranean, in the shade of pine trees, sea sounds and crickets. In the near and far surroundings there are numerous paths through olive groves and pine forests suitable for walking or cycling. The nearest beach is about 100m away (rocks and concrete plateaus) and pebble beaches are about 250-500 m away. APARTMENT The apartment is categorized for two people but equipped for a comfortable stay for up to four people. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a sofa for two people. The whole area is air conditioned and a ceiling fan is additionally installed in the bedroom. Villa Rustika is located in a small village Sutivan on the northwestern part of the island of Brac. It is located in the old cultural and historical center in the center, in a garden full of greenery and flowers that makes it an oasis of peace and privacy. Distance from the nearest beach is only 150 meters, and near the house is a children's park and a small market where locals offer their indigenous organically grown products and souvenirs. Villa Rustika was built in the 19th century. in a typical Dalmatian style, and ten years ago it was completely restored in accordance with the traditional island architecture and modern needs.
