Accommodation: Under the Peace 12

The apartments are located in a centuries-old, renovated house with the status of a cultural monument under the protection of UNESCO. The house is in the center of the Old Town of Dubrovnik near the city walls and only twenty meters away from a small rocky beach under the walls.
It is located in a quiet part of the city at night, and only a few minutes walk away from the market and shops.

The house has a total of four floors in which there are two apartments with separate entrances. The whole house can accommodate up to 8 people.

AP1 **: Lower, studio apartment is located on the ground floor, fully equipped for two people and very functionally decorated. It has a living and dining area with bench and table (standard size), fully equipped mini kitchen, fridge, air conditioning, LCD TV. The sleeping area has a double (French) bed. The apartment has a bathroom with toilet and bathtub,

AP2 ***: The upper apartment is spread over the remaining three floors of the house, and is registered for up to six (4 + 2) persons. On the first floor there is a living room with LCD satellite TV, dining table and sofa (which can be used as an extra bed if needed). On the same floor is a fully equipped kitchen with stove and large refrigerator and other utensils (toaster, kettle ..). This space is air conditioned. In front of the entrance is a small porch with a stone bench. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double (French) bed and one extra bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine. The third floor is an attic with an old large built-in bread oven (which is not in use but has been preserved as a picturesque remnant of the history of the house). There are two single beds, the space is air conditioned and equipped with another LCD TV with DVD player. On this floor there is another toilet with a sink for washing hands and washing. From this floor there is a beautiful view of the roofs and the church of St. Ignatius (Jesuits).
