The apartments in our house are located 150 m from the sea, and from the terrace there is a view of the Makarska and Omis Riviera and the islands of Brac and Biokovo. Explore the coast with a rented boat and bathe on the nearby secluded beach and turn it into a "private" or see the nearby towns with rich cultural and historical heritage (Split, Omis, Makarska, Poljica, Imotski). These holiday apartments are located on the 2nd floor of a family house in the small town of Banjole near Pula, only a hundred meters away from the first rocky beach. Within one kilometer there are beautiful pebble beaches. Banjole is known for its restaurants with an excellent offer of local seafood specialties that you can enjoy during your vacation. Nearby is also the National Nature Park, Cape Kamenjak, always open for swimming and enjoying the sun.

The area of the apartment is 51 m2, and the accommodation unit A2 + 2, or 2 basic plus 2 extra beds. It was completely newly equipped in 2010, and the building in which it is located was built in 2006. The apartment has air conditioning, TV, satellite, kitchen, and in front of the building there is a spacious parking lot. It is located in a quiet part of town, in a building isolated from roads and crowds, and across the uninhabited peninsula Vižula (protected Roman site), which is especially suitable for families with children. It is about 200 meters from the center, and in the immediate vicinity of some hundred, two hundred meters there is a gas station, shops, discos, restaurants, bank, post office. The beaches are mostly sandy, and there are pebbles. The price of accommodation for the whole apartment is approximately 40 euros for the pre-season, 70 euros for the main season, and 40 euros for the post-season, ie the price is directly agreed with those interested in staying. Medulin is a famous tourist center where you can spend quality holidays, according to your own wishes and preferences, and there is a large selection of beautiful beaches, sports, discos, gourmet restaurants… During the summer it offers a large selection of concerts, and if you want sightseeing of the city of Pula, it is only 8 kilometers away.
