Villa Rustika is located in a small village Sutivan on the northwestern part of the island of Brac. Distance from the nearest beach is only 150 meters, and near the house is a children's park and a small market where locals offer their indigenous organically grown products and souvenirs. Villa Rustika was built in the 19th century. in a typical Dalmatian style, and ten years ago it was completely restored in accordance with the traditional island architecture and modern needs.

The facility is located 80 m from the sea surrounded by olive and fig trees. Along the coast are beautiful pebble beaches, and some can only be reached by boat. The four-bed apartment exists on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa that can be extended into an extra bed for 1-2 people, a kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. In front of the apartment is a large terrace with table, facing the sea. Upstairs is a four-bed apartment that can be divided into a two-bed apartment with a kitchen and bathroom with toilet, and a double room with bathroom and toilet. Both the apartment and the room have a balcony with tables and two chairs, and a beautiful view of the entire bay and Učka. In front of the entrance to the room is a small terrace. It is not allowed to drive a car in the place, while the parking lot is above the house. The place is very quiet and great for children.
