Villa Amelie is located in a small town called Ika, only 100 meters air distance to the first beach (800 m by road) from our apartments. Twelve kilometers of coastal promenade connects places on the Opatija Riviera - Lovran, Ika, Ičići, Opatija and Volosko. Unobstructed by traffic, a walk along the coastal promenade provides an opportunity for relaxation and relaxation, with the sound of waves and the smell of the sea are experiences provided by a typical Mediterranean landscape. The beaches are sandy, clean, spacious and suitable for children. The sea captivates with its clarity, the climate is pleasant, and the hot summer days are refreshed by a gentle wind.

The house was built in 2007 and has 2 apartments that are superbly equipped, surrounded by greenery on 1500m2 with a large terrace that offers a beautiful view of the sea and the entire Kvarner Bay. In the garden there is a spacious swimming pool with outdoor solar shower, space for sunbathing and relaxation, and a fun covered gazebo with barbecue and seating. Each guest has a secured parking space.
Villa Amelie has been in existence for 2 years and every year we have more and more satisfied guests from all over Europe and the world. The apartments are brand new (beds, furniture, kitchen, etc.) and we are only 800 meters away from the sea, away from traffic, which makes your vacation even more complete and enjoyable. You can relax by the pool or walk around the garden exploring the wide range of flowers and other plants.
