In the western part of the island of Krk, in an area called Šotovento (Under the Wind), lies the small village of Brzac. This peaceful and natural beauty is the right choice for your peaceful and pleasant vacation. Brzac is characterized by good connections with the whole island. The towns of Krk and Malinska are only 13 kilometers away, and the ferry port to Cres, Lošinj and Rab is 6 kilometers away. Sports active tourists can enjoy cycling and visit these three nearby islands by sea (ferry). Along the place there are numerous promenades where with light activity you can enjoy the aromatic Mediterranean scents. Nearby are the old monastery on Glavotok and the church of St. Krševan from approx. XII. century. Swimmers can enjoy the natural beaches of Glavotok, which is rich in the beauty of untouched nature and clear sea. For diving lovers there is a diving club 1200 meters away from our house. The house with four apartments is located on the island of Krk, Pinezići located on the route between the town of Krk and Malinska about 9 km away. The road leads to the ferry to the island of Cres. The location of the place is the south side of the island of Krk oriented towards the island of Cres. The micro location of the apartment is in an oak forest in greenery. The distance from the sea is the second row private terrace of approximately 12 m2, and the other two on the first floor with balconies. One larger also on the ground floor. The size of the apartment is approximately 30 m2, which includes a room with two beds, living room with extra bed for two people, kitchen and bathroom with shower. The larger one has two rooms. The apartments are brand new, modernly decorated, categorized with four stars and only a hundred meters away from the sea and sandy beach which is ideal for children. The house consists of two parts A and B, each part has six apartments, three of which are studio apartments (Studio apartments 2, 4 and 6) and three larger apartments (Apartments 1, 2 and 3) which also have a bedroom. Apartments 5 and 6 are located on the ground floor, apartments 3 and 4 on the first floor while apartments 1 and 2 are on the second floor with a beautiful sea view, and are therefore the most attractive. Each apartment has a secured parking space, and guests have at their disposal a barbecue located at the back of the house.
